Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tradeaholiks.com, our free NinjaTrader tools, and our paid Easy Journal and AlertFill software. By creating an account, downloading a tool, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

We offer free NinjaTrader indicators and add-ons, and two paid products:

• The Easy Journal — a desktop application for recording and analysing your own trading (formerly known as the TaH Journal — same product, same licences).
• AlertFill — a relay that delivers your own TradingView alerts to your own NinjaTrader or Quantower platform as orders. You write your own alerts and choose your own settings; we do not provide trading strategies, signals or recommendations of any kind.

Your licence

• Free tools are licensed to you for your own personal trading use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
• The Easy Journal is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase grants you a perpetual licence to use the software on one computer. You may move your licence to a new computer at any time.
• AlertFill is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase grants you a perpetual licence and one signal key for your own personal trading use. One receiver can be connected to your key at a time. A free 7-day trial is available, limited to one trial per account.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or reverse-engineer the software or your licence key. Licence keys are for a single customer.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Please use one account per person and give us accurate information.

Payment

The Easy Journal and AlertFill are each a one-time payment of US$149, processed securely by Gumroad, our payment provider. Gumroad acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale and handles any sales tax or VAT that applies, so Gumroad’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use our site and software lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, copy, decompile, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Not financial advice

Our tools and the Easy Journal are for recording, tracking and analysing your own trading. They are not financial, investment or trading advice. Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Software provided “as is”

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or licences that breach these Terms — for example, sharing licence keys, fraud, or payment chargebacks.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or software after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
