Our NinjaTrader indicators and add-ons are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Our paid products — the Easy Journal (US$149) and AlertFill (US$149) — carry the same guarantee. If the product isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. No hard feelings.
AlertFill also comes with a free 7-day trial and no card is required, so you can test it fully before you buy.
Email support [at] tradeaholiks.com (or use our contact page) from the email address you bought with, and mention that you’d like a refund. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad, and refunds are returned to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws of your own country.
Refunds relate to the software only. We can’t refund trading losses — our software is a tracking, analysis and order-routing tool — not financial advice, and not a trading strategy or signal service.
