NinjaTrader anywhere → your Journal anywhere, through the cloud. About 5 minutes, two paste jobs, no shared drive, no VPN.
Normally the Bridge writes snapshot files into a folder and the Journal reads them from that folder — which works great when both run on the same PC or share a drive. Easy Sync is for when they don't: NinjaTrader on a VPS and the Journal on your home PC, or a laptop that moves around. The Bridge sends each snapshot to the Tradeaholiks relay, and your Journal collects it seconds later — wherever it is. Both machines only make outgoing connections, so there is nothing to open, forward or network. Easy Sync is included with your Easy Journal licence.
1.On your account page's Easy Sync tab, click Copy next to Bridge webhook URL.
2.On the NinjaTrader machine: Control Center → New → TAH Bridge (the Bridge window opens).
3.Find the Snapshot webhook section, tick the box to turn it on, and paste the copied URL into the field next to it.
4.That's the whole NT side. The Bridge keeps writing its normal files too — the webhook is an extra copy, so nothing about your current setup breaks.
1.On your account page, click Copy next to your relay key.
2.In Easy Journal: Settings → the Bridge source card → tick Feed snapshots from the relay.
3.Leave the Relay URL as https://relay.tradeaholiks.com and paste your relay key into the Relay key box.
4.Click Apply, then Test relay — you want the green tick. If you get a red cross instead, re-copy the key from your account page and try again.
Place a trade (SIM is fine) or press SYNC NOW in the Bridge, then give it a minute. Two things tell you it works: your account page's Easy Sync tab flips to ● FEED ACTIVE, and the trade appears in your Journal. From then on it's automatic — snapshots arrive within a minute or two of every fill, and if either machine is off for a while, everything queued is delivered when it comes back. Nothing is ever lost.
Test relay fails: re-copy the key from your account page (don't retype it) and check the URL has no extra spaces. Feed says "waiting": the Bridge side hasn't sent anything yet — check the Snapshot webhook box is ticked and the URL pasted is the full one from your account page. "Snapshots waiting" keeps climbing: your Journal isn't collecting — make sure it's running and the relay feed box is ticked. Still stuck? Use Report a Problem in the Journal, or the contact page.
